I’ve been wanting to have a day of crafting and yoga with friends for a long time, 11 years now to tell the truth! My perfect day was not easy to find locally so after a bit of planning, research and a jump in the deep end, I set about hosting my own perfect days in April 2014. Since then I’ve put on 8 days and have plans for 3 more this year in 2016.
It’s a mini break away from the family or the stress of work with lots of treat crammed into one day! Time to be youreself and switch off, time to chat and make new friends.Be inspired and find new skills and interests you might never have thought you had.
We have a relaxing stretch with a qualified yoga teacher, a lovely way to start the day.
I design a couple of projects to unlock creativitiy and inspire new ideas.
There is a vegetarian lunch that can cater for all sorts of intolerances and allergies, I love a challenge! We finish off lunch with some fruit and cake before the final crafty project of the day.
I hire the Quaker Center in Milton Keynes, it’s a lovely venue with a tranquil garden and large open space to work in.
